Lion One Metals is seeking a knowledgeable and results- driven Chief Geologist to lead the geology team at our Alkaline Narrow Vein Gold Deposit and Mine Tuvatu, in Nadi, Fiji.This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all geological activities, including exploration, resource modeling, grade control and reconciliation. It is preferred that the successful candidate have narrow vein gold experience.Key Accountabilities or ActivitiesManage the delivery of approved work programsManage work allocation to ensure resource replenishmentHuman Resources recruitment, training and succession planningOrebody knowledge and mineral system studiesImplement business improvement programsMine reconciliationProduction reportingWireframe and block model developmentCode of ConductAdherence at all times to the Lion One Code of Conduct.
