Your role is to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and provide smart, sustainable print and digital communication solutions that produce exceptional outcomes.Responsibilities Include:The responsibilities of a Sr. Business Solutions Specialist include, but are not limited to:Serve as a trusted advisor to client partners by fully understanding Mitchell's value proposition and bringing meaningful solutions forwardUnderstand Mitchell's core strengths, including: Unique-to-Western Canada; heat set web, sheetfed, digital, data-driven communication workflows, bindery, and distribution, and leverage them to benefit both our client and MitchellActively support an existing Mitchell book of business by collaborating with clients and production teams to define accurate project specifications that align with campaign goalsRun a disciplined full-cycle sales process, building off the teams previous success while looking for opportunities to make more efficientGenerate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and promoting the Mitchell Group's services to support an active pipeline within our internal CRM and MIS systemsMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsCommunicate proactively with internal teams regarding project requirements, timelines, and special considerationsSupport cross-functional teams (Estimating, Production, Procurement) to ensure clients receive a positive, seamless experienceActively participate in team activities related to fostering our cultureComplete required CRM entries, forecasting, tracking reports, and other management activitiesOther duties as assigned by your supervisorRequirements:5-7 years proven sales performance in full-cycle business-to-business environment including large mid-market enterprise level accountsHighly self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeedActive listener with exceptional attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and professional presentation communication skills.Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Broad understanding of print technology is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new technologies and internal systems.Ability to foster a collaborative work environment as a dependable team player, stepping in to help or guidance when needed.Compensation, a competitive base and uncapped commissions plus extended benefits package and pension plan is commensurate with experience.
