Youll lead and grow a talented Product Design team while staying deeply connected to the craft, designing intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that make a real difference in peoples lives.This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility and meaningful ownership. Youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing to shape end-to-end experiences, build scalable design systems, and foster a culture rooted in empathy, experimentation, and continuous improvement.If you're excited about leading design talent, building products that matter, and helping scale a design organization, this may be the role youve been waiting for.What Youll Own / Your ImpactIn this role, you will:Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product Design team across multiple product portfolios, ensuring consistent quality across all customer touchpoints.Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-trust environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and career growth.Remain hands-on in product design execution, contributing directly to key workflows and high-impact initiatives.Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to deliver user-centric experiences that improve activation, engagement, usage, and customer satisfaction.Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to concepting, prototyping, testing, and polished UI delivery.Establish and scale design systems, documentation, and workflows that boost velocity and consistency across teams.Champion user empathy and usability standards, leveraging both qualitative research and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive continuous UX improvement.What Were Looking ForYou bring:8+ years of experience in UX and product design (web + mobile), with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end thinking.3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance development, and team-building.Strong proficiency with tools like Figma, FullStory, Miro (or similar).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence across stakeholders.A solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and experimentation.Experience working in agile product environments and collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.Why This Role Stands OutThis organization is known for a people-first culture, modern product mindset, and benefits that genuinely support remote employees.
