Our client offers a supportive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Operate firefighting aircraft in domestic and international missionsEnsure safe, precise, and efficient flight operations in challenging conditions, including mountainous terrainParticipate in regular training and adhere to all safety and operational protocolsQualifications:Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:Canadian citizen or legal right to work in CanadaAbility to obtain required work visas for international assignmentsValid Canadian Drivers License and PassportCommitment to residing in Canada during the fire seasonValid Canadian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence)Ability to obtain a Canadian Category 1 Medical CertificateMinimum 2,000 hours total flight timeMinimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experienceAt least 250 hours flying in mountainous terrainRecent flying experience within the last 12 monthsAdditional Qualifications for Specific Aircraft:For seaplane or tailwheel aircraft positions:500 hours PIC on seaplane in a commercial operation, or200 hours on certified tailwheel aircraftPlease note: A lack of seaplane or tailwheel experience will not preclude other applicants from consideration.Our client is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive, accessible workplace.
