Youll design intuitive, data-driven workflows that give Sales reps the clarity and confidence to make smarter, faster decisions when engaging with HCPsdriving real impact where it matters most.WHAT YOU WILL DOResearch: Lead user research and insights to inform design decisions and drive user-centered solutionsProblem Definition: Frame and prioritize problem statements, identifying opportunities and risks to drive strategic solutionsExplore, design, and ship innovative user-centered solutions while ensuring consistent visual and interaction design excellenceCollaborate with your team on our new AI driven marketing product line. Lead the end-to-end design processfrom discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final deliveryUse techniques such as sketching, mind mapping, and storyboarding to explore different concepts and explain the rationale and nuances of your approach to narrow down a solutionBe able to deeply explain rationale and nuances of your approach to narrow down a solution: tied to user goals, needs, and business strategyCreate consistent, scalable design patterns and components for visualizing campaign performance and engagement impactAdvocate for data transparency and user empathy to ensure designs support clear decision-making for our customersContribute to ODAIAs design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across productsWHAT YOU BRING3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in SaaS, preferably within B2B, Marketing, or data-heavy productsComfortable designing intuitive, insightful, and actionable workflows for complex data.Deep understanding of human-centered AI design principles, including trust and explainability.A critical thinker who brings a human perspective to analytical problem-solving, facilitating discussions and navigating ambiguity to arrive at thoughtful, user-centered design solutions.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and analytical skillsProficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.), interaction prototyping tools (e.g. InVision), collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Lucidchart, etc..) to generate and iterate prototypes, user-flow, and user journeysBonus: Data visualization design experience and curiosity for how AI/Machine Learning is utilized to solve complex business problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGrand vision, low ego, and high impactWHAT WE OFFERA strong, positive values based culture, we Ignite Innovation, Own It and Stand TogetherMedical & dental benefits - with immediate enrollment for full-time, permanent employeesFlexible working hours, focusing on what we achieve and not the number of hours we clockFlexible time off policiesStock option grantsLOCATIONWe are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US. ODAIA is committed to providing timely status updates on hiring decisions to all candidates following their final interview, in accordance with applicable employment laws.The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $97,000 to $115,000 CAD.This range represents ODAIA's good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidates unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment.
