This includes managing building operations teams, coordinating capital projects, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves lease administration, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will be on-call for emergencies and expected to uphold high standards of care across all sites.What You Need to Succeed Candidates must bring at least 7+ years of experience managing commercial properties, with a strong track record in office asset operations. A valid BCFSA rental management license is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.
