Internship Opportunity | 2026 Winter Cycle OpenAre you a passionate student or recent graduate eager to make a meaningful, real-world impact?The Community Paramedic Integration Project (CPIP) is currently recruiting interns to join our growing Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare in underserved rural communities across Sri Lanka through innovative community paramedic programs.We welcome post-secondary students and recent graduates from all academic backgrounds who are motivated, curious, and driven by global health, equity, and social impact.Available Internship Focus Areas Interns will work closely with CPIP leadership and may support work in the following areas:Community health research and program developmentGrant writing and fundraising initiativesStakeholder outreach and partnership developmentProgram design, monitoring, and evaluationSocial media, communications, and content creationAdministrative and project supportWho Should ApplyPost-secondary students or recent graduates (any discipline)Strong interest in global health, health equity, and innovationStrong communication and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and contribute to mission-driven workTime CommitmentFlexible start dateMinimum commitment of 510 hours per weekFully remote, with occasional virtual meetingsWhat Youll Gain as a CPIP InternReal-world nonprofit experience in research, grant writing, outreach, and health systems developmentPractical skill development, including funding strategy, stakeholder engagement, program design, impact tracking, and nonprofit communicationsMentorship and networking with paramedics, nonprofit leaders, and healthcare professionalsFlexible and inclusive work environment that supports academic and personal commitmentsPurpose-driven work contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions for vulnerable communitiesNote: This is an unpaid internship.
