HELI Forklift is seeking an experienced Trainer - Technical Support to lead technical training initiatives and provide advanced support within the forklift equipment space. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with training delivery and dealer support, playing a key role in maintaining high standards across the network.The RoleThe Trainer - Technical Support is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for dealers and internal teams, while also supporting complex equipment diagnostics and quality assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess dealer training needs and technical requirementsPlan and deliver technical training sessions, both theoretical and hands-onDevelop, update, and improve training materials including presentations, guides, documentation, and videosTrack and maintain training participation, performance, and follow-up documentationProvide advanced technical support for complex equipment issues, including diagnostics and field support when requiredSupport quality control activities including inspection, testing, validation, and compliance of forkliftsParticipate in ongoing technical and instructional training to stay currentAssist operations during peak periods as neededQualificationsDiploma or degree in automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery, electromechanics, or a related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience as a trainer and/or mechanic in the forklift industryProven experience delivering technical trainingStrong communication skills and confidence presenting to groupsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesFluent in English, written and spokenStrong customer focus and professional ethicsProficient in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable traveling regularly based on business needsWhats OfferedStable daytime schedule, 40 hours per weekGroup insurance plan, 50 percent employer paidPension plan with employer contributions13 paid holidaysAnnual corporate clothing allowanceCompany-sponsored social activitiesSupportive, respectful, and collaborative team environmentTo apply, please submit your resume directly to: [email protected] note only qualified individuals will be contacted.
