We specialize in both presale project marketing and resale strategy, supporting developers, brokerages, and clients with solutions that elevate every stage of the real estate experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area for a Graphic Designer / Front Desk professional. Our Front of House administrator is an important part of the team. The true gatekeeper to all inquiries from our agents and the public. This role is a dual position, with a heavy emphasis on graphic design and marketing.Responsibilities include creating visual designs such as graphics, logos, and branding materials, related visual layout design, as well as ensuring consistency in branding. The candidate will also perform front desk administrative tasks, including coordinating with clients, managing daily inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. Strong visual communication and customer service skills are essential to excel in this dual-role position.QualificationsProficiency in Graphic Design, and related visual layout designSkills in Branding and Typography, with an eye for detail and aestheticsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities for front desk operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) effectivelyExperience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is an assetBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferredWhat you'll be responsible for:Serve as the first impression and hostess of Oakwyn agency;Greeting, welcoming, and assisting agents and guests;Offering and preparing coffee, tea, water;Answering and distributing phone calls, fax, and email requests for information as well as in-person inquiries;Keeping office tidy and doing light cleanup;Assist in executing marketing strategies for multi-family / condo presale and real estate projects;Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support project positioning and campaign planning;Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements using Adobe, Creative Suite and/or Canva;Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, RedNote, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement;Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns through Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager and Google Ads;Sets-up Requests for Proposals (RFPs), service agreements, marketing copy, and promotional content, etc;Create and manage Google Forms for event registrations, surveys, and client feedback;Collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution;Support event planning and coordination, including open houses, workshops, and promotional activities;Maintain CRM databases and prepare marketing performance reports;Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system goals;Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance;Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearLanguage:Mandarin (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
