RSUM DU POSTE laborer, grer et atteindre les objectifs de lentreprise en matire de volume de ventes, de profit et de parts de march pour tous les produits grand public de Smucker dans le cadre des comptes assigns. tablir des relations stratgiques avec les clients dans le but de dvelopper les marques de JMS sur le march canadien. RSUM DES FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES DU POSTE laborer et mettre en uvre les plans daffaires annuels, y compris les objectifs de ventes, les budgets dinvestissements auprs des dtaillants ainsi que les stratgies en phase avec les stratgies de lentreprise et celles de chaque marque. Travailler en troite collaboration avec les clients, les chefs dquipe, les quipes de stratgie de la catgorie, les analystes de dductions et les intervenants de Smucker linterne dans le but didentifier, dlaborer et dexcuter les plans annuels de dveloppement commercial pour les comptes assigns. Exploiter pleinement toutes les ressources danalyse post-promotionnelle, de modlisation des prix et de renseignements relatifs aux points de vente afin de mieux valuer, planifier et excuter les activits commerciales de lentreprise. Diriger des initiatives stratgiques et fondes sur des donnes de consommation pour les comptes assigns en exploitant le potentiel des quipes charges de lanalyse des donnes relatives aux catgories et aux comportements dachat. Obtenir la distribution des gammes compltes de produits Smucker en mettant laccent sur loptimisation des ventes et des marges bnficiaires brutes. tablir et maintenir des contacts frquents avec le personnel de compte, en particulier les quipes charges du marchandisage, des oprations, de la chane dapprovisionnement et des finances. Atteindre les objectifs souhaits en matire de comptes clients et dinvestissements auprs des dtaillants en travaillant en troite collaboration avec le personnel charg des programmes de promotion et de financement de Smucker lintention des dtaillants. Coordonner et communiquer toutes les priorits du compte pertinentes pour lquipe de vente au dtail afin datteindre les rsultats souhaits par lentremise du personnel de vente au dtail de la firme Acosta (marchandisage, tarification, distribution et planogrammes). Effectuer des vrifications en magasin auprs des comptes assigns et des dtaillants concurrents afin de contrler lexcution des activits relatives aux marques de Smucker et de recueillir des renseignements sur la concurrence. Rendre compte de tous les renseignements recueillis auprs de la concurrence en temps opportun (par ex., revues hebdomadaires, trimestrielles). Travailler en troite collaboration avec lquipe charge de la planification de la demande dans le but de pouvoir fournir des prvisions sur une base continuelle en utilisant les donnes danalyse sur les livraisons, les stocks en inventaire et les activits aux points de vente. QUALIFICATIONS Bilinguisme requis en franais et en anglais ( loral et lcrit). Diplme universitaire, diplme professionnel ou exprience pertinente. Au moins 2 3 annes dexprience en gestion de compte. Comptences dmontres en matire de leadership et aptitudes dmontres mettre en uvre des initiatives stratgiques. Excellentes aptitudes la ngociation, lvaluation et lanalyse. Capacit dmontre laborer et mettre en uvre des plans daffaires auprs des clients. Matrise parfaite des applications de Microsoft Office. Esprit dquipe et motivations axes sur les rsultats, avec de bonnes comptences en communication crite et orale. Capacit travailler des jours flexibles et des heures prolonges en fonction des runions et des exigences de lentreprise et des clients. Position Title Bilingual Key Account Manager Metro and Giant Tiger Reports To Customer Team Lead Location We are looking for a candidate that would be based in Markham, Ontario (hybrid environment) OR Working Remote Quebec (with proximity to Greater Montreal Area). POSITION SUMMARY Develop, manage, and achieve volume, profit and share objectives on all Smucker Consumer products within assigned account. Build strategic relationships with customers to develop JMS brands in the Canadian marketplace. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS SUMMARY Develop & implement annual business plans including volume objectives, trade investment budgets and strategies which are consistent with Smucker brand and corporate strategies. Work closely with Customer, Team Leader, Category Strategy, Deduction Analysts and internal Smucker stakeholders, to identify, develop and execute annual business building plans for the account. Fully utilize all Post Promotion Analysis, Price Modeling and POS resources to better evaluate, plan and execute the business. Lead strategic and insight based initiatives for assigned account by leveraging Category & Shopper Insight teams. Achieve full line distribution for all Smucker products with emphasis on maximizing product volume and gross margin. Establish and maintain frequent contact with account personnel, particularly merchandising, operations, supply chain and finance. Achieve desired Accounts Receivable and Trade Investment goals through working closely with Smucker Trade Promotions personnel & Trade Finance. Coordinate and communicate all relevant account priorities for retail sales team to achieve desired results through Acosta retail sales personnel (merchandising, pricing, distribution, pricing, planograms). Perform Retail Audits in assigned account and competitive retailers to monitor execution of Smucker brands and competitive intel. Report on all competitive and required information on a timely basis (ie. Weekly, Qtrly Reviews). Work closely with the demand planning team to provide ongoing forecast requirements leveraging ongoing Shipment, Inventory & POS analysis. QUALIFICATIONS Required Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) Degree, diploma or relevant experience Minimum 2 to 3 years Account Management experience Proven Leadership Skills and proven ability to execute strategic initiatives Excellent negotiating, assessment and analytical abilities Proven ability to build and execute business plans with customers Fully competent with Microsoft Office applications Team and results oriented with effective written & communication skills. Flexible, extended hours and workdays required basis meetings and demands of the business and customers Must be able to travel to the customer within the Greater Montreal Area, Toronto and Ottawa.
