DescriptionThis is a full-time position. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (one-hour lunch break). We are seeking an experience positive, detail oriented and self-motivated team player.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct Loan Credit Analysis / ResearchPrepare loan applications and process all appropriate documentsMonitor and administer loan portfolios and update account recordsAdminister and maintain loan and security files; ensure all required documents are in place in the filesEnsure loans are approved and maintained in compliance with the banks policy and procedures, as well as operate compliance with laws and regulationsMaintain and monitor client business relationshipRemain appraised of local economic conditionsOther administrative work and reports on loansRequirements1-year minimum experience working in a lending capacity in the banking sector.Post-secondary with study in Finance and Accounting an asset.Desirable Skills & ExperienceBroad knowledge of lending laws and regulations.Strong ability to perform detailed work under time constraints while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication.Proficient in Word and Excel.Fluency in Mandarin language is an advantage.NotesFirst Commercial Bank is a Schedule III Foreign Bank in Canada.
