This role supports event logistics, client management, and creative production - ensuring every Investor Events experience runs seamlessly from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & OperationsSupport planning and execution of investor and corporate eventsCoordinate meeting schedules, event orders, capacity numbers, and room setupsHandle venue sourcing, ticket distribution, and on-site event hostingAssist with photography, testimonial gathering, and shareholder organizingManage timelines, logistics, and post-event reportingCreative & Marketing SupportBuild and manage templates for invitations, RSVP emails, LinkedIn event pages, and calendar placeholdersCollaborate with the design team on graphics and branded materialsSupport client posts, LinkedIn follower growth, and engagement trackingEnsure all materials align with brand standards and event objectivesClient & Relationship ManagementMaintain and update client profiles and communication recordsTrack invitations, RSVPs, and engagement through CRM systemsManage rep information and investor network databasesSupport clients with engagement pages, conference listings, and LinkedIn contentCreative & Marketing SupportBuild and manage templates for invitations, RSVP emails, LinkedIn event pages, and calendar placeholdersCollaborate with the design team on graphics and branded materialsSupport client posts, LinkedIn follower growth, and engagement trackingEnsure all materials align with brand standards and event objectivesQualifications1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or client relationsStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficient with Google Workspace, CRM tools, WordPress Mgmt, and Social Media PlatformsProfessional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environmentWillingness to assist with on-site events and occasional travelWhy Join UsWork in-office with a collaborative, passionate team in VancouverBe part of high-profile investor events across North AmericaGain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and client engagementOpportunity for career growth within a creative and entrepreneurial company
