Bilingual French/English Dispatcher Mississauga ONAn established global company with a strong focus on customer service is looking for a Bilingual French/English Dispatcher to join their Mississauga, ON team.The Bilingual Dispatcher will be responsible for planning, communicating and monitoring the service calls on a day-to-day basis for a team of Service Technicians in both Quebec and Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and process oriented who is able to handle multiple priorities at one time.Responsibilities: Plan the daily routes for a team of Service Technicians Communicate route plans and changes to both technicians and customers. Monitor daily service call routes to proactively make changes where needed. Report any issues to internal stakeholders.Qualifications: 3-5 years of logistics or dispatch related experience. Fluent in French and English both written and verbal. Specific service dispatching experience is a plus, will also consider experience from 3PL Salary: $65-$75K.
