Aircraft AssemblersLocation: Victoria, BCWe are currently seeking Aircraft Assemblers to join our growing team in Victoria, BC. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to build a career in aerospace manufacturing, we want to hear from you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine assembly requirementsUse a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and form sheet metal components according to specificationsAssemble sheet metal parts into sub-assemblies and final assemblies while maintaining strict quality standardsConduct detailed inspections of assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with aerospace standardsUse precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensions and tolerances, making adjustments as neededSafely handle, store, and organize sheet metal materials to maintain inventory and workflowCollaborate closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure components integrate correctly into larger assembliesFollow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environmentEducation & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Technical or trades training/certifications are considered an assetAbility to successfully complete a criminal background checkSkills & Experience2+ years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, construction, or warehousing is an assetProficient with hand tools, power tools, and sheet-metal-related equipmentAbility to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documentsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to qualityDedication to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety proceduresMust have and maintain legal eligibility to work in Canada
