Paralegal (Mid to Senior) Corporate / CommercialLocation: Victoria, BC (Hybrid)Salary: $80,000+ (commensurate with experience)Our client, a progressive and growing law firm, is seeking a Mid to Senior Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join their collaborative Corporate Services team in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who enjoys complex transactional work, values efficiency and continuous improvement, and thrives in a supportive, people-focused environment.While the firm supports hybrid work arrangements, this role requires a regular in-office presence to support team collaboration and client service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage a broad range of corporate legal documents for BC and federal entities, including corporations, societies, partnerships, and not-for-profit organizationsHandle incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, restorations, and reorganizationsAssist with share transactions, dividends, director and officer changes, and other corporate maintenance mattersConduct due diligence reviews of corporate records and prepare rectification documentationManage extra-provincial registrations, DBAs, and ad hoc client requestsEstablish, maintain, and update corporate records, databases, and filing systemsSupport real estaterelated matters such as commercial financings, conveyances, and LTSA registrations (preferred but not required)Qualifications & ExperienceParalegal Diploma or Certificate preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/commercial paralegal workStrong working knowledge of relevant BC and federal corporate legislationHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, document management systems, and online registriesExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing prioritiesProactive, confident communicator who enjoys improving systems and processesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary starting at $80,000+, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits packageBonus potential and additional firm-wide perksSupportive, team-oriented culture with opportunities for professional growthAbout Arlyn Recruiting and How to ApplyArlyn Recruiting collaborates with leading law firms across Canada to help candidates secure opportunities aligned with their education, skills, and career ambitions.
