Combining the results-oriented nature of a startup with the resources of a profitable and leading Internet company, Tencent offers a unique opportunity for aspiring individuals to thrive.Responsibilities:Manage Employees Lifecyle HR Operations service tasks for assigned countries in Americas region, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, benefit operation, global mobility etc, according to HR SSC's working procedure/SOP and given SLA with a high accuracy levelProcess and respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employee life cycle via ticketing system (Service Now) as Level 2 Agent and promote articles available as Self Service Level 1Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issuesSupport and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasksRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;Up to 2 years HR operations background, experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;Prior experience using HR systems(e.g. Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner;High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be highly preferredWork TypePlease note that this is a 1 year contract position which can be renewed and there may be possibility of conversions depending on headcount situations at the given timeCompensation RageCompetitive hourly pay: $24$34/hr
