LAT STR - Geriatric Medicine (Locum Appointment for Training STR level) Fixed term post for 12 months commencing 4th February 2026. We are recruiting for a medical post in the Medicine for the Elderly department at South Glasgow. The role will involve nightly and weekend shifts as well as weekday duties at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Gartnavel Hospital. Daytime responsibilities include covering the acute receiving unit, ward rounds on acute assessment and rehabilitation wards, and outpatient experience in frailty clinics. The role is 100% clinical. Requirements: Full GMC registration as a Medical Practitioner. Completion of IMT3 or equivalent, MRCP (UK) passed, valid UK Resuscitation Council Advanced Life Support qualification.
