Job Description

Full stack software engineer (mobile apps and web apps) contract to FT Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Looking for a senior software engineer who can move fast and build real product. This will start as a contract role, with the goal of converting to fulltime quickly if its a fit. You will fully own engineering for a mobile app in the legal space that connects consumers with law firms, plus the internal infrastructure we use to generate and route leads. Treat it like your product. Mission for this job: Develop and ship the first production version of the mobile app within 30 days, then maintain and improve it while building the internal infrastructure that powers lead generation and routing. What success looks like First 30 days (ship the app) Ship a working v1 to production (iOS and/or Android) within 30 days. Build the core app flows: onboarding, lead intake, confirmation, and basic user state. Stand up the backend foundation needed for v1: database schema, APIs, lead object model, and basic admin view. Implement the lead pipeline endtoend: capture, validate, dedupe, store, and route (CRM/webhook/email). Set up analytics endtoend so we can measure every step (install, lead submit, delivery, dropoffs). Set up reliability basics: logs, error tracking, crash reporting, and a clean deploy process. After 30 days (maintain + scale) Maintain the app with fast bug fixes, steady improvements, and regular releases. Improve conversion and lead quality through testing and iteration. Build and expand internal leadgen infrastructure: routing rules, partner/law firm management, tracking IDs/UTMs, and reporting. Add quality controls: fraud signals, spam prevention, and compliance guardrails. Add reliability: retries, queues/background jobs, alerting, and dashboards for lead volume, delivery, and errors. What you will do: Build the mobile app (React Native/Flutter or native iOS/Android, whatever youre strongest in). Build the backend + data layer (APIs, database, auth, queues, routing logic, admin tools). Build internal tooling for lead gen: partner onboarding, rulebased routing, tracking, and reporting. Integrate with thirdparty systems (CRMs, call tracking, webhooks, attribution, analytics). Own engineering decisions endtoend: architecture, performance, security basics, and deployment. Who you are: You have shipped at least one consumerfacing mobile app to production and maintained it (with proof: App Store/Play link, screenshots, repos, or demos). You can build fullstack: mobile client + backend + database + deployment. You can move fast and still keep things stable (clean releases, monitoring, and quick rollbacks). You think in terms of funnels and metrics, not just code (conversion, dropoff, lead quality, latency, uptime). You are comfortable owning vague problems and turning them into shipped product. Core values (They are nonnegotiable.) Resourcefulness You figure things out with limited instructions or support. Perfectly acceptable over perfection You ship a good version fast, then improve it. Constructive disagreement You challenge ideas directly and respectfully to get to the truth. Kind, not nice You give honest feedback that helps the team win long term. Growth mindset You learn fast, adjust quickly, and dont repeat the same mistake twice. Full ownership You act like you own the product and outcomes. Offer: Starts as contract, with the goal to convert to fulltime fast if its working. Competitive pay based on your level (hourly or monthly contract). Real upside if you help build a system that scales (performancebased comp or equity is on the table for the right person). If youre an Alevel engineer who wants to ship fast and own this, DM or email with: 12 links to apps you shipped (or a short demo video Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Adsora by 2x Get notified about new Full Stack Engineer jobs in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
