With exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. Youll share our passion for leveraging our superior networks and the strength of our team to deliver unmatched value.As a Service Professional, you will:Meet customers in their homes to install, maintain, and support services such as security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone.Set customers up with services and drive future growth by highlighting sales opportunities that help customers get the most out of their TELUS experience.Educate customers facetoface on new and existing products while increasing sales and customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven customer service AND sales experience.Passionate about sales with proven ability to exceed targets through technical expertise.Proficient at consultative selling and can turn service calls into sales opportunities.Technical aptitude and passion for technology with knowledge of consumer electronics.Strong problemsolving, objection handling, and trustbuilding skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision, meet time constraints, and handle physically demanding work.Valid Class 5 drivers license (abstract required) and Grade 11 math or higher (transcripts or diplomas required).Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.Flexible to work various shifts, days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, and occasionally out of town.Previous experience in telecommunications or security is an asset.Benefits & CompensationHourly wage of $27.70 plus commissions, annual bonuses, and regular increases.Base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2/hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing.Extensive training to ensure success in this role.Employee share purchase plans, service discounts, health and dental benefits.Opportunities for longterm career growth and community giving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
