Who You Are A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working alongside a team Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow coordination Committed to promoting health and safety standards and fostering a positive team culture Customer-focused with a sense of urgency when addressing internal and external requests Skilled at building trust and motivating others with clear directions and constructive feedback Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced warehouse setting Dedicated to continuous improvement and operational efficiency A team player who values collaboration and able to provide high levels of support to the Warehouse Manager What Youll Do Coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow schedules for the team and delegate tasks through participation in preshift huddles Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse staff, bridging communication between the office and the warehouse Perform handson warehouse tasks such as forklift operation, picking, staging, shipping/receiving, and verifying paperwork accuracy Conduct or verify the occurrence of quality checks for all shipments prior to pickup, ensuring high customer service expectations are met with every delivery Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment through leadership, pre, mid, and postshift inspections, and compliance with health & safety regulations Support high team performance through realtime training, mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback Assist with accurate documentation and inventory control through SAP cycle counts to ensure timely and efficient administration Serve as the main resource for timesensitive tasks, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to work overtime when urgent business needs dictate (average 5 hours/week) Maintain extremely high levels of communication with coordinators, Warehouse Manager, and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment across all departments What Youll Bring 5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year holding a team lead or supervisory role Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to balance accountability and support Highlevel communication skills; comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization Ability to anticipate next steps and work proactively without constant direction Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems with adaptability to embrace future technology implementation 2+ years experience operating forklifts or related material handling equipment Ability to perform regular lifting of materials between 2550 lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, shifting, or team lifts for weights up to 100 lbs Exceptional attention to detail for labeling and inventory accuracy Health & Safety knowledge with experience holding positions on Joint Health & Safety Committees is an extremely strong asset, as well as interest in leading safety initiatives Customerfocused mindset with a sense of urgency for internal and external requests Desire for career growth over time and strong passion for contributing to operational continuous improvement Teamoriented attitude that thrives in a collaborative, crosstrained environment Other Considerations Background checks including criminal checks and employment references will be requested.
