OverviewCentral Victoria Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist with leadership experience for our Team Lead role in our Emergency service. Location: Victoria, BC. Salary Range: $36.00 to $42.00 (depending on experience).This role combines the excitement of Emergency care with the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated Veterinary Technologists. The position works closely with the RVT-led leadership team, Medical Director, and other team leads. Successful candidates will have prior leadership experience, a desire to grow skills, a positive teamwork attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills. The role features a mix of ER duties and daytime administrative time, with on-call requirements (one of every four weeks) to respond to concerns remotely.
