Role created for a new position. Expected to begin ASAP.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.Review project costs and schedules to ensure completion within budget and in conformance with specifications.Maintain information flow using document control, project management, and other databases.Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Civil Engineering + 4 years experience on MTO projects OR College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 6 years experience on MTO projects.OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required or PEng in ON.Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.Preferred QualificationsIdeally 5+ years of relevant experience.Familiar with CMS.Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.Additional InformationSponsorship assistance not provided.Relocation assistance not provided.CompensationOffered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
