We have approximately 85 tenants in our buildings.We have a dedicated hair salon available for rent.You set your hours, make your appointments, conduct your advertising, and manage your finances. You provide your own equipment beyond the fixtures in the room.The tenancy agreement is month to month.Rent is based on the number of days the salon is used in a month and includes laundry and cleaning services.This posting is for an independent contractor position.
