SUMMARY We are looking for a highly organized Reverse Logistics Associate to specialize in tracking returned products within our system. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth return processing, and driving data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of reverse logistics tracking systems. Shift: Monday to Friday (Possible remote work on Monday & Friday) RESPONSIBILITIES Product Tracking & Reconciliation: Monitor and update the movement of returned products, ensuring accurate status updates from receipt to final disposition. Coordinate the return process from customers to warehouses, ensuring timely execution. Collection of BOLs, PODs and all necessary documentation needed to support the client and Transportation team. Engage with carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies and inventory variances. Analyze return data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, finance, and supply chain teams to implement changes, resolve service and operational issues. Escalating to Operations management requiring intervention or guidance Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE Experience in logistics, inventory management, or reverse supply chain operations. Strong proficiency in tracking software and database management tools. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-departmental collaboration. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
