One Family.AEN business partner with primary responsibility to drive the holistic development and optimization of the human capital within the defined manufacturing site(s) (People Pillar Owner). Role will be member of site(s) steering team activating AEN Centers of Excellence programs, and standup site TPM Pillar systems in accordance with the TPM pillar playbook and sites current assessed maturity phase. This includes overseeing Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development, and ongoing Organizational Effectiveness Assessments. Position will play a crucial role coordinating with AEN CoEs, ESO and field partners to deploy Enterprise programs and TPM PP systems. Responsible to build and maintain positive relationships with factory associates and union representatives, when required, addressing and resolving, on an exception basis associate concerns, conflicts, and grievances in collaboration with Ops Excellence CoE.ResponsibilitiesUnion / Labor RelationsWork closely with Union Leadership and Management on labor relations issuesInterpret and enforce the union contract and company policiesHandle Grievances and ArbitrationsLead / support collective bargaining processAddress and resolve associate concernsConduct investigations on all site-related associate relation concernsLead cross-functional team in support of Richs TPM People Pillar programReport Results, monitor and evaluate impact of People Pillar results on organizational performanceAttend Daily Line Meetings and take an active role in supporting OperationsEstablish and maintain a robust governance structure for each TPM pillar, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making processesRegularly engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align pillar activities with overall business objectivesHigh Performing TeamsFacilitate the creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing siteImplement team-building activities, workshops, and interventions to enhance collaboration and productivityMonitor team dynamics and provide guidance to resolve conflicts and improve team effectivenessOrganizational DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic site objectives, goals and key performance indicatorsAnalyze data and metrics to provide insights into organizational healthFoster a culture of continuous improvementHourly Training ProgramsCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programsTrack and evaluate training effectiveness and update program to support organizational performanceLeadership DevelopmentCreate / Implement Leadership Development programs in support of Succession PlanningProvide coaching and mentorship to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growthComplianceEnsure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulationsAdhere to and promote ethical and compliance standardsWork closely with internal legal team and/or Canadian resource on legal mattersImplement and support corporate HR initiatives and programsAct as change agent to siteOther Duties as AssignedKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a union manufacturing setting strongly preferredBachelors degree or higher strongly preferredSignificant knowledge about Canadian employment lawsProven experience in HR Leadership roles with a focus on learning and development, leadership development and organizational effectivenessExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsCOMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ('Rich's'), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
