Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing virtual and in-store customer issues and escalations effectively. Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and digital retail trends.
