Agile Underwriting Solutions (Agile) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Senior Financial Accountant. This is a hybrid position that can be based in our Surrey, BC or Dartmouth, NS offices. Expected Compensation The expected hiring range for this role is $74,400 to $93,000. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience while considering internal equity. Be a contributing member of our inclusive culture, alongside a vibrant national team of people with a wide variety of backgrounds Flawlessly execute our financial and accounting practices and processes, including Financial statement preparation and presentation, review and analysis of all supporting reconciliations, and support annual budgeting. Share your expertise in a variety of projects to improve and drive efficiency in all financial and accounting practices Respond to internal/external clients in a timely and professional manner Develop your team, so that each member is engaged and reaching their development goals. You're analytical with an eye for the details, along with a natural ability to build authentic relationships A natural problem solver with the ability to drive operational efficiency You can communicate difficult concepts clearly and concisely Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel A degree in Commerce or Business, with focus on Finance or Accounting CPA designation or advanced degree Experience leading a team A minimum of 4 years' experience in an accounting or finance role Want to get to know each other better?
