We work directly with overseas manufacturers and provide dependable products, competitive pricing, and strong service to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day purchasing of lighting and electrical productsCommunicate daily with overseas suppliers, primarily in China (Mandarin)Identify and evaluate new suppliers and product opportunitiesNegotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and packaging specificationsMaintain strong long-term supplier relationshipsEnsure accurate purchase orders, confirmations, shipping details, and timelinesCoordinate closely with customer service and operations to support customer ordersProvide pricing, availability, and lead time information internallyMonitor quality, delivery performance, and resolve supplier issues as requiredQualificationsFluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; English fluency requiredPurchasing / sourcing / supply chain experience preferredLighting or electrical product experience is a strong assetStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skillsComfortable working with overseas time zones and international logisticsProficiency with Excel and ERP/purchasing systems preferredWhat We OfferStable, established business with long-term customersKey role with direct impact on sourcing, pricing, and supplier performanceCompetitive compensation based on experienceTo Apply:Please send your resume [email protected] apply directly on LinkedIn. 401400 [email protected] LinkedIn
