The Mullings Group is seeking a Director, Strategic Enablement. This individual serves as a trusted extension of the Senior Partner, collaborating across internal stakeholder groups including Executive Search, RevOps, Accounting, Analytics, and Marketing & Media, as well as external partners such as Clients, Associations, and Strategic Partners. The role brings organization, structure, and rigor, enabling the Senior Partner to focus on execution, growth, and high-impact initiatives while ensuring momentum through clear priorities, coordination, and disciplined follow-through.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Partnership & GrowthAct as an extension of the Senior Partner, driving priorities and representing their voice internally and externally.Surface and advance growth opportunities through research, relationships, and market insight.Support business development from lead to close, contributing informed recommendations on expansion, investments, and organizational priorities.Execution & Continuous ImprovementManage the Senior Partner's priorities, anticipating risks and bottlenecks before they arise and proactively removing friction.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes, tools, and workflows to increase focus, speed, and impact.Translate priorities into clear actions with disciplined follow-through and crisp visibility on progress.Administration & EffectivenessOwn day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring time and energy align to highest-impact priorities including calendar management, travel logistics, expenses, and documentation.Manage a complex calendar, prioritizing meetings, protecting focus time, and anticipating conflicts.Triage inbox and information flow, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-through on critical items.Business Development & Market PresenceDrive revenue-generating activity by building market presence and relationships, representing the firm at industry events as a credible ambassador.Surface and qualify leads and partnerships through conversations and market exposure, ensuring disciplined follow-through to convert engagement into next steps.Orchestrate event strategy including target lists, briefings, meetings, and follow-ups to maximize ROI and translate market signals into business development opportunities.Communication, Culture & Brand StewardshipHandle sensitive information with judgment and discretion.Represent the TMG brand with professional authenticity, emulating the Aura of TMG in every interaction.Communicate with clarity and precision, distilling complexity into concise, actionable priorities.Draft and refine executive communications, presentations, and messaging with Marketing guidance, ensuring clarity and consistency while delivering a high-touch stakeholder experience.QUALIFICATIONS7+ years in executive search, professional services, consulting, or high-growth environments with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Exceptional organizational and execution skills, bringing structure and momentum to multiple priorities with strong understanding of professional services dynamics.Polished communicator and relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, able to represent senior leadership with credibility and discretion.Fluent with modern business tools including ATS, project platforms, and data dashboards; project management certification (PMP, Agile, Lean) is a plus.To see more, view: https://briefs.mullingsgroup.com/position/tmg-director-strategic-enablement/
