This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in experiencing the practical aspects of corporate law while developing his/her knowledge of the practice in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to bilingual applicants fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Chinese, Spanish, and Russian.Guided by the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for delivering high quality legal advice, as well as preparing and reviewing legal documents.
