Operations ManagerLocation: Regina, SK We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale a growing distribution and fulfillment operation. This role is focused on breaking down existing processes, improving speed and accuracy, and building the systems and team required to support continued growth.Reporting directly to ownership, this position carries full accountability for warehouse operations, cross-border logistics, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityLead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receivingManage a 3PL warehouse in US Oversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputesHire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadershipTrack KPIs, manage departmental P&L, and negotiate outbound freight ratesSupport health and safety initiatives as part of a safety committeeRequired ExperienceProven experience improving and scaling operational systemsBackground in distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logisticsHands-on experience with customs, cross-border shipping, and tariffsStrong working knowledge of modern warehouse management systemsExperience leading teams and owning operational performanceLean or Six Sigma experiencePrior P&L responsibilityCompensationBase salary: $120,000 to $140,000Company-wide profit sharingOpportunity to build a performance-based bonus plan
