Job Description

Were partnering with a global technology leader undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation across multiple business units. The organization is investing heavily in platform optimization and integration modernizing how its global teams collaborate, automate processes, and deliver customer value.To support this initiative, were seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who can drive delivery across a complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end execution of Salesforce projects from planning through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across a distributed project team.Partner with Salesforce Solution Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring agile best practices are followed.Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively manage mitigation plans.Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and technical teams ensuring clarity, transparency, and accountability.Track and report on project status, deliverables, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications7+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects in complex, enterprise-scale environments.Proven success overseeing multi-cloud Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ).Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams is a strong asset.PMP, CSM, or similar Project Manager certifications preferred.Why This RoleThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a multi-year Salesforce transformation for a global enterprise shaping how teams collaborate and deliver value at scale.
