Assistant Parts Manager BARRIE FORD is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership. Purpose/Summary of Position: The Assistant Parts Manager will work with alongside the Parts Manager with inventory management including obsolescence, ordering OEM parts as well as aftermarket parts. The role will help power the Service department by providing technicians and customers with the right parts, accurately and professionally. The Assistant Parts Manager will also work with our external customers parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained, the first time. Maintaining and tracking the parts inventory and accessories, receiving and stocking parts orders, maintaining proper documentation for special orders and back orders are also key functions of the position.
