We''re proud of our work and our people and are currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our Fabrication Shop team in Hamilton. What We Offer Competitive pay (starting at $25+/hour, based on experience) RRSP matching Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance) Paid time off On-site parking Company events Boot program MondayFriday, day shift (8 hours) Key responsibilities Identify, label, move, sort, pack and unpack materials (with assistance or utilizing material handling equipment) as required Ship, receive, sort, record/document, distribute and maintain inventories of materials Assist Supervisor to organize and oversee logistics of the fabrication shop''s established work priorities Movement of goods throughout the shop and (outdoor) yard via crane or forklift Hands on - packing and stacking Prepare and submit various reports, including waybills, packing slips Ensue smooth operation of the fabrication shop, report any issues to Management Perform daily job safety analysis for activities Ensure co-workers, guests, and others in the warehouse/yard area are working in a safe manner and utilizing the required person protective equipment at all times Other duties as required Qualifications High school diploma required 3+ years experience in a warehouse or fabrication/industrial shop Forklift and/or crane certification an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Team-oriented, proactive, and safety focused Knowledge of steel sizes and shapes considered an asset Equal Opportunity Employer Triple Crown Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive, barrier-free workplace.
