Ver Rev Massage | Boutique Therapeutic Practice | Part-Time to Start Ver Rev Massage is named for Veracious care, Reverence for the body, and Vitality through E*ducation and R*ehabilitation. We are a boutique, single-suite clinic serving individuals and families with a focus on high-quality, clinical care. We are inviting a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team in an employee role. A diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) is considered a significant asset as well as a client following. About the Clinic Ver Rev Massage is a calm, structured, consent-centered treatment space. We create conditions that support the body''s natural response and help clients feel safer in their bodies. Our Philosophy: We do not promise outcomes or ''fix'' people; we support the body''s natural healing process. We prioritize nervous system safety and client autonomy. We provide a fully equipped environment: all oils, linens, and supplies are supplied, and professional hydraulic massage tables are provided. Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality, consent-based treatments (RMT and/or MOT). Maintain clear, accurate, and timely client charting. Follow all regulatory college requirements and AHS infection prevention standards. Use clinic systems for billing, booking, and documentation. Support shared clinic care through light duties (laundry and room resets). Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time commissioned employee position with a staggered, booking-based schedule. While there is no fixed timeline for a transition to full-time, we are a growing clinic with a clear intention to continue that growth. Priority Availability: TuesdayFriday mornings Sundays & Mondays (flexible, up to 8-hour shifts) Commission Rates (Per Booked Hour): RMT: $47 $60 MOT: $54 $65 Tips: 100% of tips are retained by the therapist.
