Title: Quality Clerk Reports to: Quality Manager Job Summary: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Clerk will be part of a team responsible for ensuring Davis products meet drawing specifications and customer requirements. This position is responsible for the timely collection, review, and organization of data to be included in the compilation of various documentation packages. Essential Functions: Compile and review build records and traceability documentation. Presenting compiled records during customer source inspections. Review and approval of supplier inspection plans against Davis drawings. Data entry for supplier non-conformances/requests for deviation (RFDs). Maintaining the company Stamp and Signature Log. Assist in Corrective Action follow-up. Recording meeting minutes with suppliers and/or customers. Other miscellaneous reporting as requested. Job Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum grade 12 diploma, or equivalent. Read, write, and speak English fluently. Expertise with MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. Comfortable with computer-based systems. Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS 9100 environment. Experience working with and interpreting industrial drawings, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Preference for applicants with quality control and/or document control experience. Preference for experience with non-conformance management and Corrective & Preventive Action process (CAPA) Preference for experience with Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP software. Must be able to obtain Controlled Goods and Canadian Security Clearance. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
