Lumby Lightning Swim Club Now Hiring: Multiple Swim Coach Positions (Full & Part-Time) We are hiring multiple coaches for the Summer 2026 season (May 1 August 30). Both full-time and part-time positions are available. We support swimmers of all ages and abilities, from learn-to-swim and recreational programs to provincial-level competitors. We are committed to building a positive, inclusive, and fun team culture rooted in community development and a love of swimming. About the Role Coaches work with swimmers across a range of ages and skill levels, supporting athlete development while helping create a strong sense of teamwork, belonging, and enjoyment in the sport.
