DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to: Drive new business development by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our products and service offerings Self-generate appointments via Networking, Email Outreach, Cold Calling, and Door Knocking New Contract Negotiations: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and presenting proposals in a professional manner to potential customers for approval Daily use of CRM system (SPOTIO) to track and document leads, opportunities, and activities. You will have access to an existing database of leads within SPOTIO Documenting and tracking potential clients contacted while developing a communication cycle to promote constant contact and promotion of services Engage directly with potential customers, scheduling sales presentations and using creativity to deliver impactful, face-to-face meetings Conduct site visits with potential customers to gather all the key information while learning about their organization Provide regular updates and information relating to weekly activities and sales status to Regional Director You are expected to be on the road about 80% of the time; the position does not require daily office presence, only as needed (meetings, training sessions, etc.) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION High School Diploma OR College Diploma (Business Experience preferred) Previous experience in Sales (Inside and Outside) considered an asset Experience with Business Development is considered an asset Experience with CRM systems considered an asset Highly organized, focused, and comfortable making direct communication with prospective customers Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details Understanding of margins, pricing, and costing Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities Highly motivated and driven to succeed with unparalleled enthusiasm Strong analytical skills with an ability to multitask and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop effective working relationships with all departments within the organization MUST HAVE: Valid Class G Driver''s license and your own reliable vehicle available Mon-Fri Superior communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable ''knocking on doors'' and cold-calling potential customers within your territory If you are just beginning your sales career and looking to gain some strong experience, we would love to hear from you.
