Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Psychometrics to join our team. This role involves administering and interpreting psychological assessments under the supervision of a psychologist and contributing to the development of tailored treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults, teens and children, familiarity with special education, and a strong understanding of medical terminology. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient outcomes through precise data collection and assessment. Responsibilities Administer standardized psychological and psychoeducational tests and assessments to patients of various age groups, including children. Collect, record, and analyze data related to patient cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret assessment results and support diagnosis processes. Support patients during assessments, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the testing process. Maintain accurate documentation of assessment findings in compliance with privacy regulations. Requirements Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is highly preferred. Background in special education or related fields is advantageous. Knowledge of medication administration protocols related to patient care is beneficial. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to psychological assessments and healthcare settings. Proven ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting within a clinical context. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Certification or training in psychological testing is required. This position is integral to delivering comprehensive patient care through precise assessment and data-driven insights, contributing significantly to treatment success and patient well-being.
