Job Overview: Do you want extra income? Do you have some spare time? Are you looking for a consistent part-time job? We are seeking a long term dedicated Common Area Cleaner to join our team. The Common Area Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior common areas of 3 residential buildings at one location. Shifts are approx. 2.5 hours long on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (no stat holidays) Included are also tenant move out cleans as they come up. These cleans are scheduled as needed, on a casual basis. On site, in person training will be provided. You must be clean cut, respectful & personable to residents & visitors. All supplies and equipment will be provided. A reliable cell phone is required to sign in and out of your shifts. We pay by e-transfer so a valid email address is also required. Duties: -Vacuum hallways, stairwells, lobbies and elevators -Mop hard floor surfaces -Clean common area washrooms x 3 (single stall) -Clean amenities room and gym -Clean glass doors -Dust surfaces -Polish elevators -Keep the garbage rooms and storage rooms tidy Skills: - Strong time management - Excellent customer service abilities - Be physically fit - Experience in this field is a plus - Effective communication to interact with team members and customers This position offers an opportunity to grow with the company, utilize your skills and contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.
