LANDSCAPING FOREMAN POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, and hands-on Maintenance Foreman to lead our crew by example and manage our operations in the field; a leader who is present on the job site, operating machinery alongside the team, and ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Leadership & Operations Lead, manage, and work alongside the crew to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew on specific projects, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on schedule. Perform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, trimming, and hardscape installation as needed to support the team and keep production moving. Operate heavy machinery and equipment (including skid steers, trucks, and trailers) proficiently and safely. Operate Plow for residential and commercial properties in winter months. On-call on days and nights. Quality & Safety Control Ensure all work is completed to the highest level of quality and meets specific customer expectations. Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all crew members observe health and safety regulations at all times. Training & Client Management Train, mentor, and motivate crew members, fostering a positive work culture and strong work ethic. Act as the primary point of contact on-site, liaising with clients. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 5+ years of landscaping industry experience. Leadership: Proven ability to supervise and motivate a crew, manage conflict, and drive productivity. Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor alongside the team. Logistics: Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate trucks and trailers. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
