Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team of food service professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for the food industry. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including, bartending, serving, and cash handling. Lead and manage a team of servers and bartenders to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Manage TOAST POS for order processing and transactions Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team. Train staff on food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. Ensure adherence to food industry standards and hospitality best practices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management is a must. Excellent team management and leadership skills with supervisory experience. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs. Experience in food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Effective communication skills for interviewing, training, and team coordination. Leadership qualities with a focus on staff development and operational excellence.
