Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Vernon, BC studio. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with in-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction documentation, who can lead production efforts and mentor team members. Reporting to a Partner or Project Architect, you will play a key role in producing accurate, coordinated, and high-quality drawing packages. Key Responsibilities Lead the production of Design Development and Construction Documents Coordinate drawing packages with consultants and internal teams Conduct code and bylaw analysis and support project approvals Prepare tender documentation Support Contract Administration activities Resolve complex technical and production challenges Conduct quality control reviews Mentor and support junior technologists and production staff Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture with 8+ years of experience OR Diploma in Architectural Technology with 10+ years of experience Extensive experience producing Construction Documents in an architectural office Expert knowledge of building codes, building science, and construction processes Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills Assets Knowledge of LEED and sustainable building standards Experience with Contract Administration documentation and/or RForm Membership in relevant professional associations Additional Requirements Willingness to relocate to Vernon, BC Authorized to work in Canada Fluent in English Valid BC Driver''s License Criminal record check may be required for certain projects Position requires working on-site
