The Role Lead Service Technician (GTA) We are hiring an experienced Lead Service Technician Overhead Doors & Loading Docks to perform hands-on service work while leading jobs and mentoring apprentices across the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a senior dock & door technician looking for union wages, pension, leadership responsibility, and steady year-round work. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, and repair overhead doors and loading dock equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Lead jobs and supervise, mentor, and train apprentices Work safely on active sites across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, and rest of the GTA.
