Role Overview The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all in-store, off-site, and special events across Waad Ventures brands. This role focuses on flawless execution, brand experience, and operational coordination, ensuring every event meets quality, budget, and guest satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute all events including corporate functions, private celebrations, brand activations, tastings, and seasonal programs Coordinate logistics including menus, staffing, equipment, setup, dcor, transportation, and timelines Conduct pre-event site visits and client consultations Prepare detailed run-sheets, checklists, and event timelines Ensure food quality, service standards, and brand presentation are consistently delivered Oversee in-store events such as engagements, weddings, entertainment, corporate lunches & dinners, etc., Client Experience & Coordination Act as the operational point of contact for confirmed events Manage on-site execution and resolve issues in real time Collect post-event feedback and support repeat bookings Maintain accurate event documentation and records Internal Collaboration Coordinate closely with Operations, Culinary/Central Kitchen, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance Ensure staffing readiness, menu execution, and operational alignment Participate in weekly events coordination meetings Financial & Operational Control Execute events within approved budgets and cost parameters Track event-related expenses and vendor costs Support invoicing, reconciliations, and post-event cost reviews Brand Experience & Innovation Support development of event concepts Contribute ideas for new event formats, experiences, and seasonal activations Benchmark event execution standards against competitors and industry best practices Requirements: Arabic speakers strongly preferred, but must also be fluent in English. 35+ years of experience in events management, hospitality operations, or catering Strong understanding of F&B service and event logistics Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required Strong communication and coordination skills Valid driver''s license Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
