Qualifications: Previous experience in medical, dental or massage clinic is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Has experience in billing client''s insurances via online portals (Telus health, Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life etc.) Has experience with ClinicSense or any booking software. Strong computer skills. Quick learner. Able to multi-task and solve problems alone. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Able to work Wednesday to Friday Fluency in Tagalog and English (Tagalog is not required but preferred) Duties Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage phone calls, emails, online and walk-in bookings. Schedule appointments and payments using our Clinicsense App. Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including typing and proofreading Handle filing, record keeping, and document organization to ensure easy retrieval of information. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions and insurances. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Perform laundry duties (washing, drying, folding towels and linens) and cleaning of common areas, treatment rooms and restrooms as needed.
