We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department and drive operational excellence. Position Summary The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, maximizing department profitability, and leading a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all service department operations Lead, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure exceptional customer experiences and high CSI scores Monitor and improve service department performance, productivity, and profitability Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations Monitor budgets, KPIs, and service metrics Ensure a clean, safe, and organized service environment Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager (automotive dealership preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Solid understanding of service department operations and manufacturer processes Proven ability to manage performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction Valid driver''s license Experience with Hyundai brand and systems is considered an asset What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Benefits package A positive, supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the Gary Moe Automotive Group Stable, well-established dealership with a strong reputation How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume in confidence.
