As a Hair Transplant Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our surgeons during hair transplant procedures and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assist surgeons in all aspects of hair transplant procedures, including follicular unit extraction (FUE) and follicular unit transplantation (FUT). Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and grafts for transplantation. Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Maintain a sterile surgical environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Assist with patient education and post-operative care instructions. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience in hair restoration or surgical assisting highly desirable. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety. Willingness to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
