We are growing our National market share and require a strong leader to join our team in the role of a Bilingual Account Project Manager at our location in Moncton, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced Project Account manager, responsible for managing key accounts within the franchise sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships with our customers. You are a strategic thinker, with exceptional project management skills, motivated by growing the business and contributing to the success of the Company. Key Responsibilities Key client relationship management Leadership, coaching and development of the design and construction teams Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for franchise accounts Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and franchise customers, providing regular updates, and feedback to all stakeholders Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and account growth Stay abreast of industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed insights Collaborate with the business development team to identify new brand opportunities aligned to the growth strategy Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing operational efficiencies Skills & Experience Required 5-10 years min experience in the Canadian market Engineering background would be considered a strong asset Demonstrated leadership experience - engaging and developing a team of professionals Bilingual In French and English is Mandatory Growth mindset - you embrace challenges and are committed to professional development Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously Experience in a construction, architectural or engineering capacity is an asset Passionate and creative problem solver with a relentless focus on determining the best approach to a situation Demonstrated genuine passion for ensuring the excellence of the final product and a relentless commitment to achieving high quality outcomes Agile - able to adapt to evolving and unforeseen circumstances Occasional travel is required for customer relationship meetings (3-5 times per year) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Disability insurance Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Wellness program Application question(s): Can you read, write, speak and understand English fluently?
