Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counsellor to be part of our 10XTO team for March Break (March 16th - March 20th). As a Camp Counsellor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children in the Camp program. You will lead activities and ensure their well-being while fostering their personal growth and development. Role and Responsibilities Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and physical fitness. Provide support and guidance to campers in various settings, including arts and crafts, sports, nature exploration, and group games. Foster a positive camp culture by encouraging respect, cooperation, and inclusivity among all campers. Communicate effectively with campers'' parents or guardians regarding their child''s progress and any concerns that may arise. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized camp environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to early childhood education and child development. Clean areas at the end of the activity. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, as well as being camp counsellor, is an asset Physically active and enjoys playing sports. Ability to develop children''s love for sports. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and staff. Current First Aid and CPR.
